Geovin is working towards implementing and fostering a company-wide culture of sustainable business practices. We continuously use practices, materials and products that avoid, reduce or manage pollution including recycling, efficient use of resources and charitable donations to organizations equally dedicated to the preservation of the environment. When buying domestically produced products, you are contributing to reducing your ecological footprint by decreasing harmful shipping effects, less reliance on oil, and the possibility of buying from companies that have no environmental policy in place. Ten things Geovin is doing to become greener. Source lumber from companies that harvest wood from sustainably managed forests. The introduction of water based lacquers, sealers and adhesives in 2009. Working towards reducing VOC emissions. Donation of off-cut foam to industry peers to be reused.
